Does Getta Geek have a minimum charge? Getta Geek charges in 15 minute increments. If Getta Geek arrives on-site and the fix literally takes only a few minutes, the customer will only be charged a $20 trip charge.
What does Getta Geek charge for service? Getta Geek charges $50 per hour for most services like troubleshooting, repair and installation. Malware or virus removal is a flat $85. Lost files or partial Hard Drive Recovery is also a flat fee of $85. PC Builds (or rebuilds) are a flat $120.
Do you service Apple computers? Getta Geek does not service Apple computers at this time, but may in the future.
Do you service laptop computers? Getta Geek can help with most software issues on a laptop, but does not carry the parts to fix hardware problems. Getta Geek can assist with talking to the manufacturer’s tech support to get hardware issues fixed on your laptop.
Do you service printers and monitors? Getta Geek will assist with software or driver installs pertaining to printers and monitors, but Getta Geek cannot service printer or PC monitor hardware. Again, Getta Geek can assist with talking to tech support to get your printer or monitor fixed or replaced.
